NeedNoMore is a free, community-powered map of food pantries, free medical and dental clinics, clothes closets, diaper banks, hot meal programs, and other free resources across the United States. Our mission is to help people facing food insecurity find nearby resources quickly, and to keep that information up-to-date through community contributions.

Helpers — Ways to Give Back

There are four ways to help your neighbors access food and essential resources. Visit the Helpers page for an overview, or go directly to any of the four options:

• Be a Neighbor (Verify pantry info) — You pass pantries every day; 15 seconds to confirm if they're open saves a family an hour of searching. No commitment required — even one check-in helps.
• Volunteer (give your time on-site) — Pantries near you need hands-on help: sorting food, greeting clients, packing bags, and more. Find pantries that need volunteers and sign up directly.
• Help with Transport (drive food where it's needed) — Pantries need drivers for grocery rescue pickups, home deliveries, and food transfers between locations.
• Donate Items (give food, clothes & more) — Find pantries nearby that are accepting donations — canned goods, fresh produce, baby items, hygiene products, or clothing.
