Text Message Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NeedNoMore, Inc. ("NeedNoMore," "we," "us," or "our") handles information for the NeedNoMore Food Access SMS program (the "SMS Program"). It applies when you text (575) 708-4400 for food-resource information.

1. Information we collect

When you use the SMS Program, we may collect:

Your mobile phone number.
The messages you send, including commands, ZIP codes, questions, and replies.
Messaging records such as message identifiers, timestamps, delivery status, and opt-out or help requests.
Limited technical information supplied by Twilio, telecommunications carriers, or other providers to transmit and troubleshoot messages.

2. How we use SMS information

We use SMS information to:

Respond to your request with food-pantry and related resource information.
Maintain the conversation, including result selections and navigation.
Process STOP, HELP, and other service commands.
Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the SMS Program.
Prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal or carrier requirements.

3. Mobile information and consent

Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

NeedNoMore does not sell or rent your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent. We do not use the SMS Program to send third-party marketing or promotional messages.

4. Service providers and required disclosures

Service providers such as Twilio, hosting providers, telecommunications carriers, and their vendors may process limited SMS information only as needed to transmit messages, operate and secure the SMS Program, provide technical support, or comply with law. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the SMS Program, NeedNoMore, or others.

5. Retention and security

NeedNoMore may retain SMS information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the SMS Program, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or carrier requirements. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Your SMS choices

Stop messages: Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one confirmation message. Reply START if you later want to opt in again.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
