Text Message Terms and Conditions

Program name: NeedNoMore Food Access SMS.

The SMS Program provides user-initiated, automated information about food pantries and similar community resources. To begin, text FOOD or FIND FOOD, optionally followed by a five-digit ZIP code, to (575) 708-4400.

Messages are informational and sent in response to your request. The SMS Program is not a recurring marketing program, an emergency service, or a substitute for contacting a resource provider directly.

Message frequency varies based on the commands you send and the number of results or details you request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

• Cancel: Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You may receive one confirmation message. No further SMS Program messages will be sent unless you later opt in again by replying START or otherwise provide renewed consent.
• Support: Reply HELP, email contact@neednomore.com, or visit the NeedNoMore support page.

Pantry schedules, addresses, availability, eligibility rules, and contact details may come from resource providers or other sources and can change without notice. NeedNoMore does not guarantee that a listed resource is open, has food available, or will determine that you are eligible. Confirm important details with the resource provider before traveling.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery and the SMS Program may be affected by carrier coverage, network conditions, maintenance, or events outside NeedNoMore's control. NeedNoMore may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the SMS Program.
